| Director Judith Hewitson, MA Film & TV. B. app.OT. Grad.dip Film & TV. Producer, Director Judith is a documentary filmmaker, winning the Australian Video Award and receiving High Commendations from International Film Festivals. Her programs have been produced throughout Australia and the Asia - Pacific region for international broadcast. By integrating film-making and multimedia with her professional background in allied health, Judith designs culturally appropriate training and services for developing communities; interactive online counselling software; and ICT units for government. In doing so, she has facilitated equity of access to mainstream services for Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders. Oksana Zelenko

| Designer Oksana Zelenko, Oksana is a graphic and interaction designer. She has worked as researcher and designer at Queensland University of Technology on an Australian Research Council funded project to develop online counselling software for Australia's largest youth counselling service, the Kids Help Line. This included work on the TalkOutLoud print and TV campaign. She has worked on the Resilience Project with QUT's School of Public Health. She is currently a part of the Teaching and Learning Grant research team at QUT, developing interactive learning objects for online delivery |

| Online Counsellor Consultant Howard Errey, Consultant Online Counselling BA, Grad Dip Psych. Howard is a Registered Psychologist with considerable experience in telephone, online and face-to-face counselling. He has online counselling certification through www.onlinecounsellors.co.uk and is a member of the International Society for Mental Health Online, www.ismho.org. Howard has lead the online counselling service for Box Hill Institute. In conjunction with the Australian Flexible Learning Framework, he has this year investigated online methods and mobile support through SMS. He provides training and consultancy to educators and support staff |

| Software Developers Simon Joslin, Simon developed for Cicada a generic framework in Macromedia Flash that enables rapid and effective development of easily modifiable medium scale applications. Using an xml backend, the framework is easily extended and modified, with small adjustment it can source content from a live site or from a fixed media such as a cd-rom. Yanghua Lui, (M. Electronic Business, B. Information Systems, Dip. Information Technology) and Frank Chen have since joined Cicada's team. "I was totally shocked by the power of Open Source, I then decided to switch from Window to Linux and started PHP+Mysql for service programming, meanwhile enhanced javescript knowledge for client side scripting." |
